		<description>This decision was reveresed on appeal, Cramer vs. Illinois Workers Compensation Commn no 2009 L 51521.

Court held that the event was not recreational and therefore the injury occurred in course and scope of employment.  Feel free to email me if you would like a copy of the Circuit Court decision.
