Advanced Ambulatory is having extreme difficulty in collecting medical bills that have been provided to the attorneys representing the employee in WC cases.   Even though medical bills are being submitted to insurance carriers and attorneys, they aren&#039;t even listing them when the case is settled.  What are the legal rights after the case has been settled for collecting?   If you have any case sites that would help, or any information that would help, it would be appreciated.
